By installing or using AUXO MARGIN (the “app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app. These terms are between you and AUXOPRO.AI LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
Subject to these terms and your active subscription, AUXOPRO.AI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, subscription-based license to use the app within your monday.com account. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the app.
All billing, pricing tiers, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by the monday.com marketplace under its terms. AUXOPRO.AI LLC does not process or store your payment card data.
You agree not to use the app to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfere with or disrupt the app, or use it to process data you have no right to process.
AUXO MARGIN produces estimates based on the values you enter and the settings you configure. Its output is not financial, tax or accounting advice. You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it for a pricing, billing or business decision.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUXOPRO.AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the app is capped at the fees you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the app. On termination, your license ends and app data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of the app after that date constitutes acceptance.
